Default New Member's Fish and Indoor Pond

Hi, My name is Shari. I'm a new member and I would like to introduce my lovely fish. I have nine Betta Fish and two Oranda Fancy Goldfish. Top row left to right: Shogun is a Black Orchid Crowntail I imported from Bangkok, Thailand. Tsunami is a Metallic Bi-Color Crowntail. Jasper is a Koi Plakat. Captain Ron is a Turquoise Crowntail. Ray is a Turquoise Veiltail. Second row left to right: Jonah is a Turquoise King Plakat. Greystoke is a Copper Mustard Gas Crowntail. Magnum P.I. is a Pink Cambodian Double Tail. Dreamsicle is a Pastel Yellow Elephant Ear Halfmoon. Dill is a Bronze Oranda Pom Pom Fancy Goldfish. Third row left: Sumo is a Red Cap Oranda Fancy Goldfish. I saved before I attached my pond.

    Those are great!
I could never name my fish. My husband tried to number them since I went through them too fast.

Have you tried mating the betas? It is a very interesting process. I tried it years ago and could get the fry to eat without getting the water too dirty.

Welcome to the club! Look forward to meeting you soon.

    Thank you, petroinmd!

Their names just come to me.

I haven't tried breeding Bettas...yet. I'm not sure where I would put all of those babies. And, it would be overwhelming to set up individual tanks for all of the males.

I look forward to meeting you too.

Welcome Shari!. I have got to say those are the most beautiful Betta I have ever seen. They all look healthy and happy. Looking forward to meeting you during our club events.
